Professional Manufacturing Experience

I have previously led and supported additive manufacturing operations across academic and commercial environments including Makelab Inc. in Brooklyn, Purdue University’s Bechtel Innovation and Design Center, and Purdue’s 3D Printing Club. As a Production Supervisor at Makelab, managed high-throughput FDM and Form3 and 3l SLA printer fleets, optimized job batching, and maintained production timelines while troubleshooting hardware and print failures under client-facing deadlines. At Bechtel, supported student and research fabrication workflows using Formlab Form Fuse and 3b+ systems. As an officer in the 3D Printing Club,I developed and standardized a comprehensive resin printing and post-processing guide to formalize workflows, reduce failure rates, and improve repeatability across members.

SLA, MJF, SLS, FDM I got them all!

I am experienced across SLA, SLS, FDM, and MJF processes, including Formlabs Form 4, Form 3B+, and Fuse platforms. I optimize orientation, support strategy, exposure settings, and nesting to balance surface finish, dimensional accuracy, mechanical strength, and throughput. I am comfortable managing full post-processing pipelines including washing, curing, depowdering, bead blasting, and final inspection to achieve production-ready parts.
